4.welding passage polishing

In the process of stainless steel pipe welding, the welding pass on the surface needs to be polished and water-cooled accordingly. For the welding pass, after water-cooled, the welding pass is polished directly with a water mill until it is smooth. Generally, 3-5 groups of water mills are added according to the thickness of the stainless steel pipe for grinding and dressing of the welding pass.

6. Cutting

7.polishing

8. Inspection
